The UAE’s premier corporate football event, the Cup tournament is comprised of four groups of leading clients of Teka’s project and retail departments, together with Teka’s own team, playing six a side football.
The teams which made it through to the final round of the Cup competition were Emaar, Dheeraj & East Coast, Al Futtaim Carillion, Sarieddine Trading, Woodco, Unique Kitchens, Kut Kut and Nakheel. Celebrity TV Chef Osama El Sayed attended the finals as the guest of honour and presented the cup to the Nakheel team.
Arturo Manso, Managing Director, Teka K¸Chentechnik UAE LLC, said, “Our congratulations go to Nakheel and all the participating teams for their great teamwork and sportsmanship.
This is the second year of the Teka UAE Football Cup and the tournament is going from strength to strength. The Teka UAE Cup is now firmly established as an integral part of our sporting calendar.”
The Teka UAE Football Cup closing ceremony will be held at a gala dinner at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel on March 18.
