He said that these games were meant to prepare the squad for the new season, try out different combinations and give the youth players exposure.

“We are not here to win the Austria league title. The main aim of the abroad camp is to prepare the team for the new football season. We worked hard to correct the mistakes we made against German club Furth in the third friendly. We also wanted to give opportunities to the youth players,” he said. Al Ain left back Hazza Salem came in for special praise from Abdul Hameed Al Mistake. “Hazza Salem had a good game and he played a key role in building our attacks. He was outstanding in the defence as well,” Abdul Hameed Al Mistake said.
