Abu Dhabi Police GHQ unveiled its new slogan "Abu Dhabi. Safe and Secure", which will be placed on all patrols, police vehicles and advertising materials.
The new slogan will be a prominent symbol of AD police's brand identity and be used in all Abu Dhabi police services centres.
Major General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, said: "The new slogan reflects Abu Dhabi's global position as one of the world's safest cities with the lowest crime rates for the second year in a row, according to the Global Safety Index."
He added that the slogan embodies the priorities of the government of Abu Dhabi 2030, which aims to establish a confident, secure, and globally open society.
Al Rumaithi pointed out that the new slogan clearly implies the true feeling of everyone living in the UAE, embodying the sense of safety and tranquillity. Abu Dhabi was rated higher than many great cities in several global indices, making it one of the most attractive destinations for people to live, visit and do business.
Last year, Abu Dhabi Police launched its integrated official logo consistent with the general policy of the government of Abu Dhabi's brand identity.
