His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, was received by His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of Kuwait, at the Amiri Protocol Lounge at Kuwait International Airport on Tuesday.

Shaikh Mohammed and the delegation accompanying him arrived in Kuwait to participate in the 34th Gulf Cooperation Council Summit.
Shaikh Sabah congratulated Shaikh Mohammed on his safe arrival and wished him and his accompanying delegation a pleasant stay among his family and in his country.
Shaikh Mohammed was also received by the Crown Prince of Kuwait, His Highness Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
Shaikh Mohammed greeted senior Princes, ministers and dignitaries and then inspected a guard of honour.
Later, Shaikh Mohammed visited Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, who is leading the Kingdom’s delegation to the Gulf Cooperation Council Summit at Bayan Palace in Kuwait.
Shaikh Mohammed and Prince Salman exchanged views on a number of issues dealing with the agenda of the 34th Summit and ways to enhance the march of the Council.
The meeting was attended by the delegation accompanying Shaikh Mohammed, which includes Lt. General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Foreign Minister; Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gargawi, Minister for Cabinet Affairs; Dr Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy; Obaid bin Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of State for Financial Affairs; Dr Sultan bin Ahmed Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State; Lt. General Misbah bin Rashid Al Fattan, Director of the Office of the Vice-President; Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai; and Aref Tunaiji, UAE Charge d’Affaires to the State of Kuwait.
The meeting was also attended by Prince Saud Al Faisal, Saudi Foreign Minister and the members of the Saudi delegation accompanying him.
