Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, has issued an Executive Council, approving the administrative organisational structure of Dubai Courts.
Resolution No 15 of 2014 aims to ensure efficiency by guiding the departments and divisions of Dubai Courts to discharge their duties in accordance with the strategic plan and approved performance indicators.
The newly approved organisational structure will take into account the efficiency of legal precedents, emiratisation and implementation technology.
The Director of Dubai Courts will issue all regulations required to implement the resolution which becomes active from the date of issuance.
A second resolution issued by the Crown Prince approves the organisational structure of the Architectural Heritage Department of Dubai Municipality’s General Support Sector.
The department is responsible for preserving the architectural and cultural heritage by conducting surveys and supervising restoration of historic sites like forts, castles, schools, mosques, homes and markets.
