General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces received at Emirates Palace on Wednesday, Goh Chok Tong, Senior Minister of the Republic of Singapore, and the delegation accompanying him.
Gen Shaikh Mohammed welcomed the Singaporean official, referring to the growing bilateral relations between the UAE and Singapore, and the keenness of the two countries to push forward the relations to new horizons.
The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince commended the Singaporean development experience, especially in the areas of management, education and human resources development.
The two sides discussed the relations and a number of issues of mutual interest.
On his part, the Singaporean official hailed the progress experienced by the UAE, thanks to the wise leadership.
He stressed the significance of joint meetings to exchange views on a number of issues. Khaldoun Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive affairs Authority and Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court were present.

Gen Shaikh Mohammed also received Pierre Sellal, Secretary-General of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Personal Representative of the French President for Strategic Dialogue.
Gen Shaikh Mohammed welcomed the guest, lauding the bilateral relations between the two countries. He added that the UAE and France have joint projects in the areas of education and culture, such as University of Sorbonne and Louvre Museum.
He stressed the need for looking for more opportunities for cooperation to bolster friendship ties. The French official lauded the initiatives and cultural events being hosted by Abu Dhabi, especially Abu Dhabi Art, which he visited on Thursday.
The two sides discussed issues of mutual interest and the latest regional and international developments. The meeting was attended by Khaldoun Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive affairs Authority, Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court and French Ambassador to the UAE, Alan Azwaw.
