His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has sent a similar cable on the occasion.

Shaikh Khalifa and Shaikh Mohammed have also sent a cable of greetings to Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
