His Highness Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah presided on Tuesday over a meeting of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) at the Ruler's Office.
The meeting was held in presence of Shaikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council.
The meeting discussed a number of topic's on the agenda, including the Sharjah Consultative Council's recommendations on the conditions of fishermen in Jubail Market.
The SEC also issued resolution no. 23 for 2016 on the enactment of the decree no. 35 for 2016 on increasing the minimum wage for the employees of the Sharjah Government and promotion of the Emirati holders of secondary school from Grade 8 to Grade 7.
It also issued resolution 24 for 2016 on amending the resolution 11 for 2016 on regulating the farms affairs in the emirate of Sharjah.
The SEC members also reviewed other issues and took appropriate decisions on them.
