Abu Dhabi - An official reception ceremony was held at the airport, where the national anthems of South Africa and the UAE were played.

President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa today arrived in the UAE on an official visit.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces received the distinguished guest at the Presidential Flight.
An official reception ceremony was held at the airport, where the national anthems of South Africa and the UAE were played, along with the firing of 21 artillery rounds to greet the country's guest.
A number of senior UAE officials greeted the South African president, while Sheikh Mohamed greeted the members of the delegation accompanying Ramaphosa.
