The Ministry of Education has denied a new coronavirus subject-related rumor on Thursday.
In a statement issued today, the Ministry said that students in UAE would be given a three-minute lesson/talk on the new coronavirus (Covid-19) at the beginning of each class, Emarat Al Youm reported.
The ministry added that the three-minute brief will raise awareness about the virus among children and educate them about the precautionary measures to stay safe and healthy.
The ministry urged the public to get information from official and authentic sources and avoid sharing fake news.
