Algerian scholars visit ECSSR in Abu Dhabi
ABU DHABI - A delegation from Algeria's University Libraries Deanship visited the Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) in Abu Dhabi yesterday.
The Algerian academicians were shown a video presentation, which mentioned the objectives as well as the activities of the Centre. They were also taken round the ECSSR premisses.
The Algerian delgation was most impressed with the UAE Federation Library, the largest specialised library on in the country.
Later, the Media Department of ECSSR briefed the visting team on the facilities and activities of the ECSSR and its publishing programme, which also includes a daily analytical information bulletin. The team visited the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Conference Hall as well.
The ECSSR has become a centre of attraction of international scholars and receives almost daily visitors from various international academic and scientific institutionsgulf
