Mr Reiser won the Midnight Blue Metallic Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe in Series 1141 with ticket No. 0280 at the Dubai Duty Free's Finest Surprise Promotion held at the Sheikh Rashid Terminal. He bought his winning ticket when he came for a five-day holiday with his wife, to visit their friends in Dubai.
Meanwhile, Mr Gordon Landy, a Canadian living in Dubai for the past 18 months, had to reassure that nobody was playing tricks on him. He bought his winning ticket coming from his trip in Australia at the Dubai Duty Free Shop in Arrivals.
Mr Landy, who is holding ticket No. 0029 in Series 1143 felt so delighted to win a White BMW 745Li.
Another winner was announced at the draw held at Dubai International Airport. Frank Haensel, a German, won a Red & Silver Harley Davidson FLSTCI Heritage Softail in Series 35 with ticket No. 0664. Mr Haensel is the third Harley Davidson winner who had participated on the Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise online promotion at www.dubaidutyfree.com website.
Following the draw, the presentation was made to previous winners. Raveendran Porayil, an Indian, won an Alabaster White Mercedes Benz S500 in Series 1144 with ticket No. 0888. Mr Porayil had just returned from his holiday in India and was eager to be at the presentation to receive the keys to his car.
Another winner, Paul Thompson, had taken a few days off from his busy schedule in the office to receive his Glacier White Pearl Harley Davidson FLSCTFI FatBoy from Dubai Duty Free. Dubai Duty Free had flown Mr Thompson to Dubai to receive his bike.
