The graduates, second batch since the establishment of the college in 1997, comprised students from Business Administration College, the Design and Applied Arts College and the Information Technology College.

Addressing students, Ahmad Saif Belhasa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the college, acknowledged the role of the academic body and the college administration for faithfully carrying out its mission.

“By graduating this group we are in fact presenting another qualified group of our youth who are well-equipped with knowledge and quality education to our community. They will then be fulfilling the expectations and aspirations of their families who have always been waiting to reap the fruits of their labour,” he said.

Hassam Al Hashemi, a DUC graduate, praised the college for preparing the students for greater challenges through its practical methodology.
