Hospitals’ working hours during Eid holidays revised

DUBAI - The Ministry of Health (MoH) has issued a circular regarding the working hours of hospitals and health centres during the Eid Al Fitr holidays.

The timings for the Dubai Medical Zone are as follows:

The Hor Al Anz Health Centre is open every day from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. Evening shift continues from 5 pm to 9 pm.

The schedule for the Sharjah Medical Zone is as follows:

The Al Sharjah Centre is open from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Evening shift from 5 pm to 12 midnight.

The Al Madam Health Center works “on call” 24 hours a day on the first day of Eid. During the remaining part of Eid, the centre works from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon followed by evening shift from 5 pm to 9 pm.

The Al Feli Health Centre opens on the third day of Eid Al Fitr from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Evening shift from 5 pm to 9 pm.

The Al Melaiha Centre opens for public on the second day of Eid from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon followed by evening shift from 5 pm to 9 pm.

The Wadi Al Helo Centre opens on the second day of Eid from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and on the third day of Eid from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Evening shift from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

The Al Nahwa and Deba Al Hesn will receive patients on the third day of Eid from 8:00 am to 12 noon.

The Ajman Health Zone:

Working days in the City Centre during the holidays continue from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.

The Mushairef Centre works on the third day of Eid from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.

The Masfout Centre works “on call” 24 hours on the first day of Eid, while for the rest of the days, working hours are from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.

The UAQ Medical Zone:

Both the Al Khazan and the Al Salama Centres are working during the holidays from 9am to 1pm and from 5pm to 9pm.

The Falaj Al Mualla Centre works during holidays from 8am to 1pm and from 4pm to 11pm.

The RAK Zone: Working hours at the RAK centre are from 7:30am to 1am during the holidays.

The Al Nakhiel Centre receives applicants during the holidays from 7:30am to 2:30pm and from 4pm to 11pm except on the first day of Eid.

The Al Degdaga Centre works from 8 am to 1.

The Al Jazeera and Miniey Centres are open for 24 hours.

The Al Fujairah Medical Zone:

The city centre is open on the first day of Eid from 5pm to 10pm while working hours on second and third days will be from 8am to 1pm and 5pm to 12midnight.

Merbeh, Al Bedia, Dhadna, Al Siji, Al Tuwayeen and Masafi Centres receive applicants on the second and third days of Eid from 8am to 12 noon.

The circular also says that emergency departments remain open 24 hours. Patients who were scheduled for operations during the holidays will be queued in the lists right after the holidays.
