Responding to a news report that was published recently in a local newspaper regarding the dangerous consequences of the Panadol, Eng Al Amri said, “The civic body has conducted checks on various Sharjah supermarkets and groceries to ensure that they are not offering the prohibited Panadol.
"The checks were conducted by a specialised pharmacist and a health inspector at the public health clinic of the civic body."
We will also cooperate with the Ministry of Health to conduct more checks on the various markets and shops in the emirate.
"We want to assure the Sharjah residents and bring comfort in their lives by assuring them that the emirate is free of this particular panadol.”
