RCS to set up medical centre in Palestinian city of Toubas

ABU DHABI - The UAE Red Crescent Society has decided to establish an advanced medical centre in the Palestinian city of Toubas at the cost of Dh1 million.

The project comes within the RCS continuous efforts in improving the deteriorating health condition of the Palestinians as a result of the human circumstances being faced by the Palestinian people.

The project was announced during a meeting held here yesterday in the presence of Sana'a Darwish Al Kitbi, RCS Secretary General, and a delegation from the Palestinian Health Committees Establishment (PHCE) which included Dr Kamal Zainah, PHCE coordinator of the Arab relations and Dhiyab Abu Khizran, Chairman of Toubas Municipality.


During the meeting, Sana'a Darwish underlined the UAE's great concern for the Palestinian conditions in the occupied areas.
