Rewards for careful drivers in Dubai
DUBAI — Lieutenant-General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, has welcomed the announcement of Damas to reward drivers who are not issued violation tickets.
He also praised the cooperation of government departments and private companies with Dubai Police in controlling reckless drivers who endanger people’s lives.
During a meeting held recently by Isla Aman, Deputy Director of General Department of Traffic, with Damas delegation, the procedures for implementing the Damas initiative was discussed.
