Kid Ink, who will perform on February 12 at Dubai Media City Ampitheatre, first broke onto the scene in 2012 with his debut album Up and Away, but it wasn’t until this year that the music world took notice of what he had to offer.
His latest My Own Lane was released in January and debuted at number one on the Billboard Rap Albums Chart. The album features two collaborations with Chris Brown, Show Me and Main Chick, which between them have earned more than 100 million views on VEVO. His latest single, Body Language, featuring Usher and fellow RedFestDXB artist Tinashe, has also been taking over the charts in recent weeks.
Kid Ink joins the growing line-up of RedFestDXB performers that will be performing in town on February 12 and 13 including Iggy Azalea, The Script, Kiesza, Ella Eyre, Cris Cab, Jeremih and Rixton as part of the Middle East’s biggest music festival.
Tickets start at Dhs350 from www.redfestdxb.com.
