Swept off your feet

With dances styles ranging from salsa and tango to Bollywood and oriental, the eclectic show will have something for everyone.

The Tripudium showcase was created and produced in Colombia by professional dancer and BNF director Eider Rúa, known for exporting world Latin dance champions. Tonight’s grande finale will feature a live band and a completely South American cast.

The show was inspired by Eider’s World Salsa Championship win in 2010 where he used a combination of salsa, flamenco and tango in his choreography which was something never seen before in a professional international competition of that kind. Las Vegas’ famous Cirque du Soleil show also played a part in Tripudium’s conception, blending street entertainment with brilliant acrobatics and circus arts. With a zesty portion of Latin beats the show features various forms of dances as well as other blends of mixed genres and rhythms.

The show is a one hour long, high impact event, featuring not only complex choreography but also special effects such as video imaging, neon lights and authentic costumes to create a visual spectacle for its audience.
