You don’t have to be French to enjoy Bastille Day celebrations as St Tropez Bistro pulls out all the stops with a new menu of mouth-watering surprises.

Situated in Mall of the Emirates, St Tropez Bistro is reveling in its roots with a week-long special menu - ‘14 Juliet Menu de Fête’ - that will be available from July 14 to 19. This set menu, created by Head Chef David Cagle, is designed to encapsulate the traditional influences of French cuisine from the various regions, whilst staying true to the ethos of the restaurant’s contemporary style.

Chef David took inspiration from the Port de St Tropez, with a fresh seafood starter of succulent grilled octopus with smoked potatoes and zesty cured lemon tapenade. The French delicacy, seared duck breast, is accompanied with the classic rich foie gras, charred spicy radicchio and a tangy apricot-orange marmalade.

Rounding up the dining experience, diners can select from indulgent dark chocolate Pots de Crème and vanilla bean crème brulée. Additionally wide selections of cheeses are available including Epoisses de Bourgogne, a creamy soft cow’s milk cheese from the Côte-d’Or region or the low fat Tomme de Savoie from the French Swiss Alps region of Savoie.

The set menu is Dhs245 per person. For reservations call +971 4 341 3415.
