I can’t choose one — it’s a tie between Tokyo and Istanbul. I’m very much a city girl, so my favourite vacation spots are in cities that are alive 24/7, and those two places definitely qualify.

Who would you like to be reborn as and why?

I don’t think I’d like to be reborn as anyone else. I’m very blessed and appreciate what I have in this life.

Your fitness mantra?

My fitness regime is very simple... walking. And when I want to add some cardio, I dance. I’m obsessed with dancing, but I’m not doing enough of it.

The first thing I think about when I wake up is usually the schedule for my day ahead.

A way in which you are trying to change your life this year?

With the launch of the Micaroon makeup brand, there’s already been a major change in my life this year, and it’s very busy and exciting. I would like to find more time for working out though.

Favourite movie character of all time and why?

My favourite all-time movie character is Baloo from 
The Jungle Book, which is also one of my favourite 
movies. I love Baloo because he has such a great outlook on life... so positive, friendly and easygoing. He never stresses out and, as a result, finds the best solutions. Plus, he’s a super loyal, fun friend!

Favourite cuisine and restaurant in Dubai

My favourite cuisine is Middle Eastern, which is best homemade. My favourite restaurants in Dubai — probably LPM for lunch and Qbara for dinner.
