Education is a two-way process

As the teachers are the builders of the future society, they must be given required leisure and comforts, coupled with fatty salary and perks.

Education is the basic need of life. It is the superior adjustment to the environment. Education blended with morality, character and contact would certainly raise a society to a high level of perfection. I wish the Emirates to hold this shining perfection.
The teachers must have spontaneous cordial relationship with the students. Of course, it must come from within. While recruiting aspirants to the teaching profession, their academic knowledge, attitude, aptitude and their innate interest in teaching must be meticulously measured. This would possibly reform the education sector and raise the academic standards.
