A speaker said Expo 2020 is an opportunity for Pakistan too as Islamabad and the United Arab Emirates enjoy exemplary friendly relations and the UAE has emerged as one of Pakistan’s major economic and trading partners. The theme of the seminar was the strategic importance of bilateral relations between Pakistan and the UAE.

Pakistani expatriates in the UAE have contributed in a significant manner to the promotion of bilateral understanding and to the economy of Pakistan.
