It is called the pearl of the Gulf countries. It is a cradle of peace and harmony in the world. People of multiple nationalities reside here with peace and harmony, mutual understanding and respect for one another. They also contribute to the progress and development of Dubai and the UAE.

The Dubai Government is very keen in the progress, beautification and hygiene of this emirate. Its government is working on a number of mega projects in which Dubai Metro, Deira Palm, Jumeirah Palm, Dubai International Airport are well known projects. Some of them have reached its completion. All this credit goes to the selfless efforts, farsightedness and good governance of the leadership.

Dubai’s infrastructure and traffic system are unique in its own way. Foreigners are taken aback to see its organised and disciplined traffic system, smooth and wide roads, spick and span groceries, and splendid shopping malls. The department of horticulture is also functioning very actively in the emirate in order to make it lush green. The efforts of the agriculture department of Dubai Municipality have proved instrumental in keeping the environment clean. Lush green hedges on either side of the roads, in parks and in front of buildings add more to the beauty of the scene.
