This matter is appearing daily in every media and people, whether they are political or apolitical, are giving their views on this subject. The situation is, no doubt, in a bad shape. How bad is it, and what measures the government is taking and to extent it will be able to stem the rot are many of the unanswered questions.

There are different answers by different people. Those in opposition will have outright criticism with no word of praise anywhere. But the people not in politics may differ in their opinions and it is practically impossible to determine whether they are speaking truth or their views are biased. It is high time we had an agency or an organisation whose views on an important subject such as this will be accepted by the majority.
