Looking for a way out in Discovery Gardens

This is about the traffic in Discovery Gardens that has become an unbearable nightmare. My daughter is supposed to board her bus at 7:45am to reach her school in Ras Al Khor before 9am.

Nowadays, the bus comes around 8:30am and she doesn’t reach school till 10:00am. I am sorry for the other kids who board the bus around 6:45am.

We too don’t reach office before 9:45am even if we start around 7:45am. But nobody seems to care about the plight of the residents here.

It was the same scenario when a water pipe burst a couple of months back. At that time the authorities had promised additional roads. I saw an advertisement in the newspapers about retail space being on sale around Al Furjan. I would really appreciate it if something is done about the infrastructure before such sales go through. Something really bad could happen during rush hours and then emergency services will not be able to arrive in time.
