It was good reading Iguasu Falls in Fos do Iguasu, Brazil. I was there just a few weeks ago, while visiting Fifa World Cup opening ceremony in São Paulo.
Indeed, it is a great place to visit and I was lucky to see the falls in its never before capacity. Argentine had rains and storms a week earlier and the river was full, up to the land level, an awesome scene, yet scary.
Over 40,000 cubic meters of water was plummeting every second, instead of normal 5,000 cubic metres on normal days. I also took a tour of rubber boat to the bottom of the falls and it was amazing, once in a lifetime experience.
I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Brazil, not to miss Fos Iguasu, which is well connected and well equipped with hotels, restaurant etc., just 90 minutes flight from São Paulo.
