Tensions in the region must not be allowed to escalate. Any miscalculation will have dire consequences for all those involved. Innocent civilians continue to die in Syria, Libya and Yemen. When will mankind realise that war is a crime?
As conflicts in hot spots continue to rage unabated, we cannot but help reflect on the passing of what has been a violent and destructive era in human history.
