Why don't we use tissue papers judiciously?

It was nice to read about the teen who noticed misuse of tissue paper (people hardly notice it) in public toilets and thought of making dispenser for its judicious use (Overuse of tissue leads UAE-based teen to invent a frugal dispenser; KT, July 11).
It is a good thought. I have often seen women in public toilets pulling out excessive tissues for no good reason. When we can do with one or two tissues to wipe our hands, why pull out seven or eight. We don't respect products that are available freely, and tissues are one of such things in the list.
We as consumers have a responsibility. We can control wastage and help nature directly, it will be good for all. We all can make a positive impact in our small way. Watch the consumption of water, electricity, AC, paper, fuel at home.
