Operational since 2007, Dunes Hotel Apartments, part of the hospitality division of Al Harbi Group, started out as a single property in Al Muhaisnah and has today grown to three strategically located properties. 
Rahman highlighted that 80 per cent of their guests are business travellers from Europe and GCC. The properties are halal friendly with a Crescent Rating 5 and their facilities also cater to differently abled guests. Plus, for the tourists staying with them they arrange local and outstation tours on request with professional English/Arabic speaking guides. They also operate their own fleet and provide airport pickups and transfers.

In terms of facilities, the properties offer customised room service to conference and banquet facilities, state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, steam room and more.
Their room service menu offers freshly prepared dishes in different cuisines such as Continental, Chinese, Indian and Arabic, that is sure to delight every palate.
Furthermore, the properties in Oud Metha and Al Muhaisnah offer banquet facilities and cater to parties, celebrations, meetings and conferences and can accommodate up to 150 people. They also take orders for outdoor catering.

The properties in Oud Metha and Al Barsha are home to the Dunes Delight Restaurant that offers fine dining experience in an elegant ambience. The restaurant serves delicious Indian, Chinese, Arabic and Continental cuisine.
The restaurant's Oud Metha branch offers live cooking stations where diners can opt for a wide variety of favourities or go for the branch's Friday Brunch, which is a big hit with families. Both the outlets also offer Executive meals and Combo lunch packs.
