Throughout the year, the company, for the first time ever, sold over 5,000 vehicles with all three brands witnessing double-digit sales growth. As a result of AGMC’s continued growth the importer now ranks in the top five worldwide for Rolls-Royce sales.

The BMW 5 and 3 Series were strong drivers of the company’s sales growth with sales increasing 25 per cent and 52 per cent respectively. In addition, BMW’s flagship 7 Series also continued to be a best-seller contributing to the Mideast’s overall status as the third biggest market worldwide for BMW 7 Series sales. AGMC was also the biggest market in the Middle East for Mini sales selling 527 vehicles, an 11 per cent increase over 2012 sales. BMW Premium Selection, the pre-used vehicle division also celebrated success with a 35 per cent increase in sales.

Osman Abdelmoneim, general manager of AGMC said: “The AGMC story is truly a remarkable one. The growth of the company from where it started to where it is now is testament to the excellent work we as a company deliver on a day to day basis. We understand that we are in a customer centric industry and strive to make investments in the right areas to keep raising the bar in our service levels.”

AGMC started 2014 with the opening of the world’s most advanced Rolls-Royce aftersales centre. The dedicated 5,000sqf facility is the result of more than $5 million investment by AGMC.

In the last three years alone AGMC has invested more than Dh150 million in upgrading facilities.
