The concrete structure for all four floors of the hotel has been completed, and the hotel is anticipated to be completed below budget, highlighting the project’s operational efficiency, a Press Statement said.

Air Arabia announced the launch of the Centro Hotel in early 2007, following the signing of a management agreement between Air Arabia and Rotana Hotels to manage this property under their innovative Centro by Rotana brand, offering affordable, superior-class accommodation and hospitality.

Centro by Rotana, Sharjah Airport, will be highly distinctive, expressed through its contemporary architecture and unique living spaces.

While dramatic exteriors will reflect Centro’s modern style, its crisp interiors will provide the essentials for today’s traveler, including advanced technologies.

“Centro by Rotana at the Sharjah Airport is a key element of Air Arabia’s expansion strategy,” said Adel Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia. “Despite challenging economic conditions, the project is on track and will be ready to welcome guests by 2010.”
