The ceremony was attended by Shaikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qassimi, Chairman of Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority accompanied by Ali E. Alshaqoosh Al Mueen, Acting CEO of Ajman Bank and a number of key Ajman Bank employees. The branch in Sharjah is the third to be opened this year, and the first to be opened outside Ajman demonstrating the Bank’s plans to expand across the UAE. Further branches are expected to open their doors later this year.
To mark the start of its new operations in Sharjah, the bank will also be hosting open days at the branch during the month of July, giving both individuals and companies in the local area the opportunity to come and explore what the Bank has to offer. Visitors will be introduced to staff and be offered the chance to discuss their various requirements, learning about the products and services available to them. The Bank has also established a new call centre to answer customer queries regarding the new branch on toll free number 80022.
