Al Futtaim Auto Loan to Cover All Brands
DUBAI - Al Futtaim Automative, one of the leading automobile dealers in the UAE, has said that its exclusive scheme to provide auto loan facilities for passenger vehicles is now available for all the brands sold by Al Futtaim Motors and Trading Enterprises.
The company has recently entered in to an exclusive arrangement with leading UAE banks to make auto loans available to those customers earning a monthly salary of Dh4,000 and above — a considerable improvement over the current salary criteria of Dh10,000 and above.
Most banks and financial institutions have tightened their lending policies in response to a liquidity crunch in the financial markets and on fears of rising delinquencies. Stringent criteria such as higher salary limits are being applied to those applying for loans.
The scheme will offer all customers of Al Futtaim Automative the benefits of zero down payment and low interest rates starting from 5.5 per cent.
Al Futtaim Automotive offers some of the most popular brands — Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge.
“Since lending institutions play a very important role in automobile sales, this partnership will help our customers get the best deal with minimum hassle,” Colin Leitch, Al Futtiam Automative’s group director, said in a statement.
