Auto Dealers Plan ‘Big Presence’ at DSF 2009

DUBAI — Automobile dealers in Dubai have announced big promotions and discounts on their new models to attract people during Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) 2009, which will take place from January 15 to February 15, 2009.

Hotels in Dubai have already offered discounts of up to 60 per cent on room rates in addition to a 25 per cent reduction in food and beverage prices from mid-January until mid-February to mark the DSF .

Arabian Automobiles to spend Dh7 million

Arabian Automobiles Company, the sole distributor of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault cars in Dubai and Northern Emirates, said it has launched its Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) promotion and plans to spend Dh7 million on promotional activities.

Arabian Automobiles, sole dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, launched its 2009 DSF promotion, with a total promotion spend over Dh7 million as compared to Dh6.5 million in DSF 2008. Arabian Automobiles is also the key sponsor of DSF with 31 cars for daily draws, in addition to 12 cars being raffled on the last day in the Nissan Grand Raffle. 2009 represents the company’s 14th year of involvement with the Festival.

The highlight of this year’s promotion, running from January 5 until 15th February 2009, is the opportunity for every Arabian Automobiles customer to win one of four stylish Nissan Qashqai SUVs with the purchase of a new car. Keeping in mind the concerns of customers due to the current economic crisis, Arabian Automobiles is also providing financial support on purchases. “Customer satisfaction is crucial to Arabian Automobiles and hence, we constantly work towards making car purchases a hassle-free process”, said Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles. “On the purchase of a select Infiniti vehicle, Arabian Automobiles will contribute up to AED 12,000 towards the customer’s down payment and for the Nissan Murano SUV, up to AED 10,000. Furthermore, easy finance on any purchase of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles will be offered in addition to the numerous prizes, making DSF an occasion to watch out for at Arabian Automobiles.”

Hyundai discount season

Hyundai, represented by Juma Al Majid in the UAE, launched the Hyundai discount season. This is the first of what is set to become an annual discount season bringing special discounts and valuable offers to Hyundai customers for a limited period. Over this period, Hyundai is offering special promotions and attractive discounts on all Hyundai models, as well as a special bank promotion with zero down payment, 45 days deferred payment and six (6) years financing tenure.
