This has been reinforced by latest reports from IDC that the regional colour laser printer and MFC market is poised to record a 15 per cent growth by year-end.

Eyeing the projected rise in demand in the region, Brother Gulf is set to unveil a new line of colour printers and MFC’s at the upcoming ‘GITEX 2009’, which is slated to run from October 18-22, 2009 at the Dubai International Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre.

The growing popularity of Brother products among SMBs in the Middle East has provided a significant boost to its regional growth expectations.

In line with Brother’s aggressive target to double the market presence of its colour MFC market in United Arab Emirates, the leading manufacturer is set to launch two compact, high-speed colour printers and three MFCs designed targeting SMB, corporate and home users.

In addition, the company will also unveil a new model of Arabic P-touch label printer, at the event, where it will be present at Hall 4 stand B4-10.
