The awards, to be given to five women, were created in 2006 by the Women’s Forum with the support of McKinsey and INSEAD management school and are an annual international recognition for innovative female entrepreneurs. The applications have to reach the jury by Wednesday.

Shaikha Lubna Al Qasimi, the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, has been actively involved as Jury President for the Asian Finalists on the Awards’ Jury Panel. Cartier said it was inviting women entrepreneurs apply by presenting a business project yet to be launched or a company less than three years old.
