Cirrus Plans to Develop Nakheel’s Dh3b Project

DUBAI - Cirrus Developments LLC has become the first third party developer to start construction at Nakheel’s Waterfront project with enabling works getting underway at Dh 3 billion Aquarius Gate.

Behnam Eshragh, Chairman & CEO of Cirrus Developments, said: “Our focus is on creating reliable investments by delivering innovative and high-quality properties on time and on plan. We have overcome various challenges due to current market conditions that are affecting all developers and are proud to be the first developer to start construction at Waterfront.”

Marwan Al Qamzi, Managing Director Waterfront and Palm Jebel Ali, Nakheel said: “We congratulate Cirrus for being the first developer to commence construction at Waterfront.

Madinat Al Arab will become one of Dubai’s leading beachfront communities, and has attracted the best developers.

This is another great milestone for Waterfront; major civil works and infrastructure have already commenced at Madinat Al Arab and last year we commenced flooding of the eight kilometre Palm Cove Canal,” he said.

Waterfront will become a compelling community and with the continued support from Nakheel — along with plenty of hard work from the team at Cirrus — we are delighted with the progress we have achieved so far.
