DED Unveils 2 New eServices
DUBAI - The Dubai Department of Economic Development, or DED, has unveiled two new eServices on its Web site www.dubaided.gov.ae to reserve and renew trade names.
“DED has been utilising the Internet to serve its customers better, ease business registration procedures and create an investor-friendly environment in Dubai. DED will continue to provide more tech-driven and value-added services to cope with the growth of businesses,” said Mohammed Shael, Chief Executive Officer, Business Registration and Licensing Division, DED.
“DED believes in continuous improvement and is implementing the eStrategy to enhance and expand its online services according to best practices and customer feedback. This initiative is also a step towards applying eGovernment policies,” he added.
