Telecom is core need of the people and it will continue to record growth even in difficult time, Krishnan said.
“We have business plan for next two years and even in May the company crossed 300 per cent growth mark,” Krishnan told Khaleej Times on Sunday after signing a financing partnership with Delta Partners.
Delta Partners and Vox Spectrum announced that Delta Partners MENA Telecom Fund, a private equity fund managed by Delta Partners and focused on investments in Telecommunications, Media and Technology, or TMT, in high growth markets, has decided to invest in Vox Spectrum.
While denying to disclose the amount of investment Krishna said, “Delta will be a minority shareholder in the company.” Delta Partners is a management advisory and investment firm specialised in Telecommunications, Media and Technology in emerging markets. It operates across 50 markets in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Emerging Asia.
Vox Spectrum is involved in the design, engineering, construction, installation and maintenance of a broad range of voice, data, video and wireless infrastructure solutions for clients worldwide.
Delta Partners and Vox Spectrum Limited will work together to further consolidate and expand Vox Spectrum’s existing presence in Middle East and India, focusing on the three core product lines: telecom engineering, software solutions and electronic products distribution. “We feel assured that Delta Partners advisory skills and experience in the telecom sphere would enhance our capabilities to continue delivering consistent returns to all our stakeholders,” Krishnan said.
Vox Spectrum Chairman Saud Al Amiry said, “Our commitment is to make Vox Spectrum, and its group companies, significant players in all markets we operate in. With the additional backing of Delta Partners, and their insights on the telecom sector, we hope to gain valuable market share faster than anticipated.”
Delta Partners Managing Director Kristoff Puelinckx commented: “We are convinced that Delta Partners can add value to the operation through our integrated advisory and investment business model, providing specialised hands-on support from our industry-focused and experienced professionals.”
