The agreement was signed by Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and Chief Executive officer, DEWA, and Charbel Fakhoury, Regional General Manager, Microsoft Gulf. The event was attended by the senior officials of both DEWA and Microsoft.
After the signing ceremony, Al Tayer said that DEWA is heedful in introducing the latest technologies and solutions and will constantly update the technologies it owns, in accordance with the latest programs and solutions available in the global market. In this regard, DEWA is much interested in entering agreements and partnerships with reputable companies and organisations to drive its operations to the highest possible levels.
