Ali Abdul Wahab, Head of the East and West Europe Region of DTCM’s Overseas Promotions, met with representatives of Air Baltic. The airline will operate two weekly flights between Riga and Dubai from October 2009 to meet the growing passengers’ demands. It started the Riga-Dubai route in October last year.

The road shows in the Nordic region were held in Helsinki, Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm last month.

In Helsinki, Wahab met with officials of Finnair who announced that the Finland’s largest airline and flag carrier will increase its Helsinki-Dubai weekly flights frequency to three from two from next season.
