The counselling assistance is part of the newly introduced Business Performance Programme, which is specifically designed to support UAE-based companies to adopt leading performance excellence practices. Companies are encouraged to follow the new business performance model of the fifth and current round of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award for their business practices.
The Business Performance Program includes seminars, workshops and counselling services to assist companies in adopting and implementing the best international business practices.
The counselling assistance will acquaint pre-approved companies with the methodology, framework, categories and the evaluation process and scoring components of the award.
As part of the counselling services, the Chamber offers a unique and in-house developed Self Analysis Tool that provides a snapshot of where an organisation stands with regards to the performance model. — business@khaleejtimes.com
