Dubai Lifestyle City Awards JW Marriott Hotel Project to Saleh Constructions
DUBAI — Dubai Lifestyle City, the most sought after luxurious lifestyle development located in Dubailand, has awarded the construction work of the prestigious JW Marriott Hotel in its premises to Saleh Constructions LLC, part of the Saleh Bin Lahej Group and a leading construction company of the region.
The ground breaking ceremony to mark the beginning of the construction work was held today in Dubai Lifestyle City in Dubailand.
The event was attended by senior management officials from Dubai Lifestyle City, JW Marriott, Saleh Constructions and Dubailand. Arif B. Rahman, Managing Director for Dubai Lifestyle City, said: “We are pleased to announce the beginning of the construction of JW Marriott Hotel, Dubai Lifestyle City. The luxury hotel is a very important component of Dubai Lifestyle City and beginning of its construction work marks an important milestone for the project.”

The hotel will have 170 rooms with stunning view of Dubai Lifestyle City, including 48 royal to super deluxe chalets giving an extra special retreat from the everyday life, 68 spacious well appointed guest rooms, three bona fide restaurants, a 5,000-square ft ballroom for social events and conferences and a breathtaking 25,000-square ft, spa taking you to a world of tranquil and serene surroundings.
