The featured projects at the Dubai Cityscape will include The Executive Towers and Vision Towers at Business Bay, Shorooq at Mirdiff, Al Waha, and The Villa at Dubailand.

“Our participation at Cityscape Dubai 2009 not only allows us to showcase the diversity of our projects, but to demonstrate the tremendous progress we have achieved,” said Dubai Holding Group Chief Executive Officer Khalid Al Malik.

The event will be held from October 5-8 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Dubai Properties Group has recently realigned its business to ensure the long term growth and profitability of the company amid Dubai’s property downturn.

For the first time at Cityscape, Dubai Properties will also present the full range of projects of two other property units, Sama Dubai, as well as Tatweer.

As this developed, Dubai Properties Group said it is now opening for lease its villas in Shorooq, located in Mirdiff.

Shorooq is accessible from arterial highways Emirates Road and Al Khail Road and is conveniently located adjacent to the Rashidiya Metro station and the Dubai International Airport.

The villas are also near the Uptown Mirdiff and the new Mirdiff City Centre Mall.

Three hundred and fifty three villas are now available for lease, including spacious three-bedroom villas up to 3,561 sq ft and immense four-bedroom villas as large as 4,098 sq ft.

Introductory promotional packages will be offered during the initial stage of leasing. rocel@khaleejtimes.com
