The Mediterranean-styled low-rise residential towers are designed by a team of international designers with a focus on maximising space utilization, enhancing views of Dead Sea and promoting the overall well-being of residents.

A select number of units from five buildings in the second phase of The Apartments will be offered for sale ranging from studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2 bedroom lofts. Currently being showcased are a choice of studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and one and 2 bedroom lofts ranging in size from 52 to 255 sq m in total area.

Emaar International Jordan had launched the first phase of The Apartments to strong domestic and international response.

The recent declaration by the Jordanian Government to develop the Dead Sea region as an official Development Area has further boosted the demand for world-class homes in the region which Samarah Dead Sea Resort offers. Homes at the second phase of The Apartments will open for sale on July 11, 2009, with a financial institution providing easy home finance packages. Prices for the launching homes start at JD 101,888.

Emaar will also showcase the homes in its international markets including the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf countries to reach out to investors and home buyers in these countries. Radzi Zakaria, General Manager of Emaar International Jordan, said that the launch of the second phase of homes propels the progress on Samarah Dead Sea Resort, and the sustained demand for world-class residences in Jordan. “The concerted efforts of the Government to shore up the economy and create a new development dynamics, particularly for the Dead Sea region, have contributed to boosting market sentiment.”
