The ‘Customer Day’ programme aims to create a heightened awareness about the service excellence amongst the frontline staffand capture the overall customer experience. Customer feedback is essential to uphold the true values of customer focus and service excellence and the program is designed to reinforce them. The service champions at the branches will be identified and recognised for delivery of superior customer service.

Customers visiting the branch on this day will have the opportunity to interact with the Senior Management team and express their opinion.

“This is an ideal way to motivate our dedicated branch staff and highlight the importance of a sustainable and committed service culture. We shall adopt the concepts of “Service Excellence” developed by internationally-renowned expert on service excellence, Ron Kaufman,” said Suvo Sarkar, Executive Vice-President and General Manager Retail Banking at Emirates NBD.
