The congress is being organised by the e-School of Business and Quality Management at HBM e-University, Middle East Quality Association (MEQA), University of California (UC) Berkeley, and under the technical lead of the Scientific Research Deanship in the HBM e-University. More than 800 delegates from over 35 countries worldwide are expected to participate in the congress, which will be held at The Address, Dubai Mall, from March 22 – 24, 2010.
