Empost Launches Interactive Website
DUBAI — Empost has launched its revamped Website that offers customers a host of online facilities, including shipment tracking, rate calculator, online booking, booking management, customer statement of accounts and invoice printing.
“One of Empost’s goals is to enhance standards and efficiency of its products and services by leveraging cutting-edge technology,” said Sultan Al Midfa, Chief Executive Officer of Empost. “As Websites have become the most preferred channel of communication and business development, we have incorporated new elements in our website to make it more user-friendly, service-oriented and interactive.”
Customers can now calculate the shipment rates for various services through the online Rate Calculator. Online registration for cash customers is also available, allowing them to start booking online, said a Press statement on Tuesday.
Customers can manage their bookings, view their statement of accounts and view and print invoices based on their allocated account code.
