Has bagged the prestigious ‘2009 Franchisee of the Year’ award conferred at a gala ceremony in New Orleans, USA. Competing for the coveted award were firms markets such as Japan, Korea, Canada and the United Kingdom among others.

In the recent past, GICC has won several such coveted awards instituted by Dunkin Brands Inc, which include— ‘2007 Innovator of the Year’, ‘2006 International Partner of the Year’, ‘2005 Licensee of the Year’ and the ‘2005 Innovator of the Year’.


The award, based on several extremely stringent parameters, was given for the continued overall business excellence demonstrated by the GICC. Baskin Robbins has acquired an enviable brand equity in the region and the award this year is an acknowledgement of GICC’s strategic role in DBI’s mission to further strengthen their global leadership in the ice cream category.
